We listed our property with Liz while living interstate. Liz was on point with her advice. Her knowledge of the area and the buyers we were hoping to attract proved to be excellent for the sale of our property. Liz took time to explain to us every detail of her proposed sales campaign. She kept us informed during the campaign and even assisted with organizing a company to furnish the property. Her communication was regular and thorough, and attention to detail throughout the campaign was second to none. We received an offer the first week, a little less than we were hoping for. After negotiation with the buyer, Liz was able to secure a higher offer, which we accepted – as it was the figure we had hoped to achieve.
